Date of restart of production

This is to ask about when production will be restarted on the Mazda5. I am from Canada and have ordered a Mazda5 some time ago. I would like to understand when deliveries can be expected at the dealers in Canada.

I talked to a dealer in Charlotte, NC yesterday, who told me the Mazda5 is "grounded" until November 1st. They wouldn't let me drive it, but brought it around to the front of the dealer. I don't know what this means to production, but he acknowledged that they have several on the lot.
