Rotorhead: many RX owners, new and old, have heard the term, and may have
even been called this at one time or another; but what does it mean? What
exactly is a rotorhead? The simple answer is, if you have to ask then you
probably don't get it. But for the benefit of all new rotary owners, and
those of the piston persuasion, we'll try and run it down for you.


Ok, you know your a rotorhead if:

-you know who won the 1991 LeMans 24 hour race outright, and think the
787B is the greatest race car of all time.

-you own a 3rd gen RX-7 an bought an RX-8 as a economical daily driver,
and are ecstatic with it's gas mileage.

-you've ever owned two RX vehicles at one time.

-you've ever had a bridge or perif port as daily driver. (if you have to ask
here, your still not a rotorhead)

-you've built or owned a non-RX vehicle with a rotary motor.

-anything (toys, trinkets, ashtrays, clocks, etc.) that is remotely rotor
shaped catches your attention.

-you ever wished that your significant other would get you a 20B for
Christmas

-you ever driven your RX car more than 4 hours to a Rotary event.

-you bought any pre-RX-7 '70s rotary vehicle new, and then still bought a
new RX-7, you're definitely a rotorhead!

- your email address has a rotor, rx, 12a or 13b in it

- you are on more than one rotary email list

- you login to the forums more than once a day

- you've conversed with fellow rotary fanatics online, then met them in
person at a event, and had to ask what their handle online was.
